Not bad but needs to work around a lot of things to be improved

not bad but can be improved a lot more

Was quite dirty when we entered and the shower was blocked - we had reported it immediately amd was fix very quickly. Not bad for money we paid and the girls was cleaning daily the room. Staff was nice - location is not bad but around 22 mins walk to nissi beach( by bys maybe 3-4) - to panda beach around 3-4 min walk from the apartments - as we liked more the nissi beach we was making our way daily up there. Morning breakfast can be improved as it’s quite poor ( just an ASAP advise guys your kitchen need to be refurbished and need a deep clean). Towels quite old but clean all the time.

Lovely but renovation needed

the location was perfect, the staff has been incredibly friendly always willing to help with everything. Our hostess, Maria, has been incredibly polite.

The rooms and the overall venue needs a little bit of renovation and a strong management team to handle cleaning in a more diligent way.

Huge Disappointment in every Way!

Easy access from the room to the pool for my kids. Late check out.

We originally were booked for the Apartments which look so poor compared to the pictures provided on the site. We then were "upgraded" to another room which we later realised was a downgrade with regards to the ratings. The kids beds were dirty and there was filth leading all the way down the stairs to the room. We were not well directed to the room and took about 30 mins in the heat with luggage trying to locate it. There is no assistance with luggage. The front desk staff member was pretty sarcastic throughout our engagements with one another. We actually decided to book another hotel after seeing the quality of the restaurant and levels of hygiene. Unfortunately, this fell through and we had to put up with the facility for two nights. They cherry on the top was when our room was serviced the next day - filth still remained in the corridors, crockery was merely rinsed and placed back still with old drinks and food stains. Bedding was dirty. Upon complaining, we were promised a full clean of the room that evening but that never came to fruition. We were also promised an upgrade to another room too which never happened either. Breakfast was truly disappointing and we ended up not eating a thing there despite having Half Board in our package. Everything white is actually very glazed with brown. This hotel needs a serious look at itself and a huge upgrade of service quality.

The location was great and the room was clean

The service was terrible, the water was cold I couldn’t do my shower .I couldn’t open the door and i was waiting long time for technician. The money was too expensive for the quality of the apartment.
