The pool is brilliant 👏
Having to walk upstairs to the top floor with cases was hard. Especially when your a bit older. But we were fitter when we left, lol

The facilities, the pool, the room are beautiful. It appeared not many guests were on half/board or all inclusive package so the buffet wasn't always available. The special 3 course half board menu was offered and it wasn't great and seemed a bit unfair on those package guests. However, the hotel staff is simply amazing. Special thanks to Elena who made every meal special with her smile and chat, Shubam the barmen who was simply amazing, The cleaning lady Larisa was very friendly and hardworking keeping the room clean. Overall, great holiday next to gorgeous beaches.

It is very clean, the staff are very friendly, very nice beaches near by.
The WiFi connection is extremely poor. Doesn’t work inside the apartment only if you go to the hotel reception or restaurant. It does need to be addressed asap. The swimming pool open and closed hours are not good either. If you like to go to the beach and spend the day when you return the pool is closed. The opening times are 10am to 6pm. Not suitable for people who wakes up earlier or like to have an early evening swimming.

The location was good. The woman at breakfast was very kind
This was the third time we came and definitely the last one!! Its was not cleaned well. The toilet was not very clean before we leave and when we arrived after the cleaner finished the toilet was the same. I saw a cleaner throwing a pillow on the floor outside!! The swimming pool was full of hair balls and it was disgusting!!
