Établissement très propre et bien entretenu. Suffisamment encré dans la nature tout en disposant de toutes les facilités nécessaires. Le petit-déjeuner était excellent, et je recommande le restaurant semi-gastronomique voisin.

Wir hatten eine Suite mit 4 Personen wegen der Klimaanlage, beim letzten Aufenthalt hatten wir Zimmer ohne Klimaanlege da hatten wir Nachts die Fenster auf und eine Fliegenplage. Diesmal mit Klimaanlage wars besser. Ein tolles Hotel in zentraler Lage . Wir haben die Küche zwr nicht benutzt bei 1 Übernachtung aber die Ausstettung war sehr gut.
Gutes Frühstück gegen Aufpreis. Tolle Pizzeria imDorf.
Das WLAN Passwort wird nur 1 mal auf dem Ferseher angezeigt wenn man das wegschaltet hat man keine Chance mehr diesen wieder zu bekommen . Das sollte Vielleicht besser Kommuniziert weden oder schriftlich auf einem Zettel stehen auch in Englisch oder Deutsch wäre gut .

Bel hôtel, au calme, le parking très pratique devant les chambres, sans réservation. Très bon accueil avec jus de fruits proposé. chambre avec terrasse. Produits de courtoisie dans la salle de bains de qualité. Petite restauration sur la terrasse très agréable, serveuse très sympathique.
Salle du petit déjeuner un peu petite, pas d'ascenseur pour se rendre à la chambre. Accès à l'hôtel en voiture un peu étroit.

Nominally, the building complex is great: large area, nice chalets, fantastic view/location. It was planned and designed thoughtfully at the stage of construction.
Pointless management of such great property. WiFi doesn't work, supplies of the rooms (toiletries, some tea/coffee or basic cups, etc.) are missing or insufficient in quantity for the number of people staying at the property. Interior furnishing and usage of spaces (layout) inside rooms reminds more of a mountain refuge rather than resort and spa place (as name suggests); no mirrors, strangely positioned lighting, one toilet for an apartment for 8 people (we were 6 people). Personnel is not particularly warm or welcoming, responding to requests/questions with poorly covered annoyance. Annoyance comes to some extent from the fact that they don't speak much of English and hence any communication is a pain for them. Ok, you don't speak English, but that's not the reason to be annoyed with those who don't speak French; let's meet half way and try to figure out things politely, especially given it's the context of hospitality business!
Despite staying at the hotel, price of spa is as for any external visitor (not even tiny reduction). Spa pricing is also not thought of: booking private spa (max group of 8 people) costs 70 euro per person for 1.5 hour (too much anyway for what you get inside and for such short duration); problem is that even if 2 people book entire private spa it will cost 70 per person, and if 6 people book the same spa it will cost 70 per person. No discount for the group size, which is due given that energy cost will be the same in both cases but in the first it's shared among 2 and in the second among 6. So, cost of spa per person is lower the more people rent the private spa. Hence price per person could be smaller for larger groups. But it's not the case.
