+ Pretty rooms and nice renovated bathrooms with nice shower
+ Silent even though they are close to a busy street
+ Location, very close to the city centre
+ Good AC, we slept very well thought the warm nights.
- There is no 'free parking" as in spots belonging to the apartment. This was a major inconvenience for us, and we ended up paying almost 50€ in parkingfees only to have our par parked at the public street. Had we know this, we might would have picked another place to stay alltogether.
- The shower had half used-up shampoo and shower gel bottles. There was also a half-empty moisturizing lotion. There was no conditioner for hair. It felt unclean because of the bottles that another guest clearly had used before us.
