The recently updated 3750 sq. ft. home has 12' ceilings, five bedrooms, four baths, a great room/kitchen/dining area, a game room with a bar, a dock, a pool, an outdoor lanai with kitchen, dining area and seating area with TV. The space 1st Floor -Large open living/dining/kitchen space with a view of a spacious lanai, pool, and canal with plenty of room to entertain, relax, and cook a gourmet meal. 12' stacking slider doors allow for a seamless transition from indoors to outdoors. -Master King Bedroom with 2 walk-in closets and large updated bath with shower and whirlpool tub -King Guestroom with private bath -Queen Bedroom/office with desk for those who may need to work remotely -Gameroom with a custom wooden bar, pool table, and electronic dartboard -Full hall Bath -Large Laundry Room 2nd Floor -King Guestroom - XL Twin Guestroom with a small balcony -Shared full bath Outdoor Space -Bright lanai with outdoor kitchen, dining table, seating area with large TV -Beautiful heated pool and spa -Screened pool cage -Canalfront patio with small fire pit and hammock -Dock with composite decking, a tiki hut, and boat slip Guest access -Location easily accessible to Ft Myers and Punta Gorda Airports -Publix grocery store, Walgreens, and anything else that guests may need is just a mile away. -Plenty of parking for 4 cars in the driveway and 1 car in the garage Other things to note -2 kayaks, 4 beach chairs, and 2 bikes are available for guests to enjoy. Misuse or damage will be accessed and deducted from the security deposit. -Electricity use over a reason allowance ( $20/day) will be charged to the tenant. This is our first review from another site: "This is an absolutely stunning vacation home. The hosts have thought of everything and were excellent to communicate with. The home is located in a lovely, peaceful neighborhood. You can walk to several restaurants or enjoy an early morning stroll. Its prime location on the canal offers excellent boat access to the gulf. We visited several beautiful beaches on Sanibel & Captivate Islands. Our favorite spot to hang out was the lanai. It offers multiple seating options that are super relaxing. We ate all of our meals out there (couldn’t beat the view!), played games, and enjoyed the spa & pool. There are some great local seafood/meat markets as well as farmers' markets. We bought local & fresh to grill. The interior of the home is tastefully decorated, comfortable & SPOTLESS!! Very impressed with the cleanliness. The master bath is like having your own private spa. The beds are incredibly comfortable. The floor plan offers everyone privacy. I can’t say enough about how beautiful this home is. It has it all!! We all agree that it was the most relaxing vacation we’ve ever taken. I HIGHLY recommend this rental"

From very beginning, Babs and Wags were always proactive and available to answer any and all questions. Their hospitality is unmatched. Their home is great for large family getaways. The living spaces are spacious and the five bedrooms are large and separated, providing a relaxing environment. Plenty to do in the area, but the home is stocked with activities- pool, pool table, games and puzzles; if not wanting to go anywhere. Excellent property, highly recommend it; you will not be disappointed.

We really enjoyed the property. Had 8 friends on a reunion visit. House had plenty of room and a perfect size pool. Used the kayaks to paddle around. Walking distance to restaurants and easy driving distance to all amenities in the area. Great stay. I recommend it.
