The Space: With 8000 square feet of total indoor/outdoor space, there's room for the whole crew to stretch out and relax at this 4-bedroom, multi-level, luxury home. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with top-of-the-line appliances. There's granite countertops, lots of space, and everything you need to prep and serve a fantastic meal - or to just pop open those take-out containers! Enjoy your food around the formal dining table with space for 6, or at the kitchen island bar, which has additional seating for 4. You'll love the high ceilings in the spacious open-concept living room. The large capacity modular sofa stretches around a large cable television and gas fireplace, and there's plenty of seating for everyone. Just off the living room you'll find sliding glass doors that lead out onto the covered area of the patio. This space features an outdoor fireplace with comfy plush seating and a ping-pong table. Plus you can add BBQ to the menu thanks to the webber outdoor propane grill. Beyond the overhang you'll see the fabulous heated 53 foot outdoor swimming pool and spill-over jacuzzi hot tub. Lowest Greenville features live comedy, restaurants, bars, coffee, grocery stores, and more! Getting Around: There's space for up to 4 cars in the driveway. It's a 2 minute walk to heart of Lowest Greenville (one of the very closest residences) and plenty of Uber availability for the rest of Uptown. Other Things to Note: Heating service is available with a minimum requirement of a 2-night stay. 1. Please note not all of our available dates are placed online for booking at one time. If you see a date that isn't bookable that you are interested in, please feel free to contact us for availability and pricing! 2. This is my personal home and will live close by when renting out. Prior to releasing the check-in information, we will need to have a quick chat with you over the phone to discuss a few house rules. 3. Pool and hot tub heating are an additional service that is not included in your booking price. It's an additional fee of $75 per day (when outside temperature is above 70 degrees) or $150 per day (when outside temperature is below 70 degrees) for pool heating. Hot tub heating is an additional fee of $25 per day. 4. Propane tank rental is NOT provided, guests will need to source their own. 5. In addition to keeping our home in great shape, we ask all guests to sign a Guest Agreement Waiver Form to understand all house rules and complete a Security Deposit of $2000. This can be done by a secured link or through Airbnb. Please ask us about the two different options should you have any questions.
