La réactivité et l'amabilité des loueurs tant en ce qui concerne les échanges avant notre arrivée qu'en cas de besoin pendant le séjour. Apparemment entretenu, propre et bien équipé.
L'appartement n'a pas de terrasse contrairement à ce qui est indiqué dans le descriptif. Donc pas de coin repas extérieur. C'est le point négatif, en particulier pour un séjour de 3 semaines dans cette région où nous avons l'habitude de séjourner dans des appartements avec terrasse. Dommage, si la terrasse mentionnée dans le descriptif avait été présente, ( elle a manifestement été supprimée depuis très longtemps pour agrandir le salon et il ne reste qu'une toute petite partie de la terrasse... de 25 cm de profondeur...) notre séjour aurait été parfait...
Le descriptif n'est pas exact, ce qui est vraiment regrettable.

Location, facilities, mostly newly refurbished.
Apartment and apartment block a little dated in places. I don't like sending information to unknown sites before check in as had scammers fishing for information from me before through booking.com messaging. Bed not great. Remote for lights annoying.

La fachada de la parte de la piscina,daba mala impresión, arreglarlo un poquito y una mano de pintura no le vendría mal

Recién reformado
Muy ruidoso, imposible dormir, y además los estores no tapan bien la luz en la habitación. Hacía frío, 15 grados, y no había mantas extras, solo un fino edredón de verano en la cama. La llave magnética de la puerta no funcionaba.
