Located in Marion, this lovely cottage for $225 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Welcome to Camp Comfort! Cozy little cottage on Lazy Harbor West Wareham. Views of Beautiful Marion and Weweantic River leading to Buzzards Bay. Cottage has all the modern comforts you need for a great vacation. WIFI / Cable, microwave, washer/dryer, gas grill, fire pit, AC. Enjoy a relaxing Cape Cod vibe without having to fight traffic or cross the bridges. Cookouts and campfires add to the experience. Walking distance to sandy beach with loads of little crabs to be entertained by or enjoy the waterfront on either side of this private paradise peninsula. Walking distance to mini golf, ice cream stand and sit down dining. Close to the canal and train bridge and many other wonderful attractions. Cottage has 4 cozy bunk beds, a futon bed, and a loft with a full size mattress for sleeping. Take a swim and enjoy a rinse in the outdoor shower. Relax on the deck and enjoy the breeze. It is a little slice of Heaven.

This listing should be more clear that the only adult sized sleeping accommodations are in a very small loft up a ladder. Only room to sit up in the very middle and awkward to backward crawl down. The couch is old and worn down so a board in the middle makes it impossible to sleep on. The bunk beds are homemade with foam pads and if you’re over 5’ your legs will stick out the end.
We also had issues with bugs. The moment we set food on the counter, dozens of ants appeared. In the evening, there were so many mosquitoes it made the deck uninhabitable and we got bit like mad in the outdoor shower. Bring lots of bug spray. We were disappointed we couldn’t enjoy the view because of the mosquitoes- there’s got to be a way they could spray for them.
The cabin is in a nice little neighborhood and appears as in pictures but there’s no dock anymore. The fire pit is right next to the neighbors house and under tree branches, so we never used it.

Overall really nice rustic place but very dusty. First night my sons allergies reacted and for the rest of the week he was not well. Besides that really nice view and good location.

Perfectly rustic/vintage if you will.
It's small but it had plenty of room for a family. You can't beat the charm of it, plus the location! Sitting on the patio watching the herons and ospreys fish while drinking coffee, stargazing or in our case watching the fireworks, since it was the 4th with the glass of wine, taking an outdoor shower (the only shower is outside), watching little crabs run around, going to the beach that's only couple min away was everything. I just wish we had more time to do some kayaking and do the bonefire.
Grocery store- shaw's, walgreens is couple min down the street. Also icecream place that we didn't get the chance to visit, because i underestimated the time for driving to the rest rest of cape cod, so we spend too much time just driving to places.

We were very pleased with our stay at Camp Comfort. It was very quiet and we enjoyed grilling and watching the fiddler crabs on the shore. If you want a cozy cabin with rustic charm this is for you.

My family enjoyed the most relaxing stay here, and we absolutely loved the location. The kids had so much fun “crab hunting”! The scenery is amazing, I couldn’t see it clear because it was across the river but I believe there was an eagle perched on the dock across from us.
Ten out of ten would stay here again!

Super clean, adorable cottage on the water. Very quiet neighborhood, such a relaxing stay. Everything you need for comfort is available. Conveniently located to great biking trails, kayaking nearby, ice cream and tavern around the corner. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway, this is a perfect choice.

My husband and our two kids (5 and 7) stayed here for a long weekend and it was perfect for what we wanted! The owners and pictures say it all, but it’s worth noting that this is a really rustic place. If you love just having a cozy (and clean—so clean!) place with the bare minimum to relax in, this is it. We loved having to shower outside and grill, but that may not be for everyone! My husband is 6’2” so had to sleep in the loft, and even at 5’5”, the bunk beds were a little short for me. I still slept fine but it’s good to keep in mind. Even though the house is set in a neighborhood, it’s shocking how quiet and isolated it felt. The loudest thing we heard all weekend was the family of ospreys living nearby which were amazing to watch. The tide comes right up to the house, and there are endless hours of crab watching/hunting. We spent days at Onset Beach, afternoons at the local beach, and had ice cream at Kool Kone (our kids brought their bikes and we rode to get ice cream). It was a worry-free weekend we’ll cherish for a long time!

The cottage was very clean and has everything you need. It is in a quiet and peaceful area with amazing views over looking the water that you get to enjoy from the dock, large deck, or from inside through the giant glass slider doors. We are so happy we came across this property. It was the perfect little getaway for our family of four.

We had a blast floating in the river during the day and sitting by the fire pit at night! It was quiet and just what we needed to catch up with each other. We kayaked and even did some shellfishing while down there! One of our best vacations so far!

Peaceful and charming cottage
We thought the cottage was so charming and the view was absolutely beautiful! We are from the Cape originally and were so happy that we decided to stay on this side of the bridge as it was just as lovely.
We loved watching the Osprey feeding it's babies in their nest at the very close beach. Moreover, the little crabs were so fun to watch too.

Everything was in good order and comfortable with the exception of beds which were not quite as comfortable as we had hoped.

Best Vacation maybe EVER
Camp Comfort was a little slice of heaven. Great location for all things Cape Cod. Matt and Karen were super quick at responding to our numerous questions. We will DEFINITELY be back!

The property was amazing better than we could have hoped for. The kids had a blast fishing and catching hundreds of crabs. Short walk to the beach nice and private. Quiet community very relaxing and peaceful!

Loved this cozy little cottage on the water ! Perfect spot for a get away to clear your head or a fishing trip with the boys, really enjoyed the outside shower really wakes ya up ! Thanks for sharing this location. Private beach is awesome as well

Cozy and Relaxing
The Cabin is perfect and has everything to suit the needs for a great relaxing time. Matt was very helpful and answered any questions we had about the area and tides. There are crab holes all along the shore and you can enjoy the sounds of the birds and water all night abut especially in the morning! Sitting in the deck sipping coffee and taking it all in was the best!
**two things I would change: 1. mark the hot water tank switch so people know which one it is and not to touch it…. We literally thought there wasn’t any hot water lol! Sorry for the confusion!
2. Remove the towels from their spot behind the toilet (men and kids miss the toilet…. Lol)
