Beautiful old building - the room was spotless and comfortable

Surroundings, staff, food, ambience
Could maybe have better mosquito net covering the window, and maybe also a way of isolating the sound of walking on the floor above (carpet?)

Really enjoyed my stay at Quinta dos Lobos! The location is perfect — close to the centre but still surrounded by nature.
The private parking is a little walk away, but definitely worth it rather than trying to park on the roadside. The staff were amazing, the room was beautifully decorated, and I loved the personalised breakfast.
The onsite restaurant was also a great bonus for dinner. On checkout day, I had a ticket for Pena Palace and i was supposed to used the local bus 434 but it was full, and didn't let me in but luckily hotel transfer van was passing and they offered a transfer, which was a huge help.
Overall, a beautiful and peaceful place with really thoughtful service. I’d happily stay again!

This hotel is very charming, and the staff is truly dedicated and helpful. We felt very welcome thanks to Shahadat and his colleagues. The room was clean and well-equipped. It was a great experience for us during our stay in Sintra.
The building is full of character, which does come with a little noise — we could hear other guests in the corridor and moving around in their rooms. Nothing that spoiled our stay, though.
