Great position although o the cold side of the lake. Wonderful summer getaway. Well supplied kitchen. Maybe a TV downstairs ?
The fire ,after requesting to use it bringing our own firewood, smoked the house out consequently was not used. Pretty important if there is a fireplace that it is workable especially in winter. The oven had a dirty pan in it and the Barbecue needed a clean fortunately I had brought foil plates to cook on . Maybe a heat pump would be a safer option rather than heaters.

Great location,close to everything we needed..house was perfect for 4 people, kitchen was excellent to cook in , plenty of utensils..the view was great..was a very comfortable house to live in for the week..
We didn’t use the underneath flat as was far too damp and mouldy smelling..though saying that we really didn’t need to use it..wasn’t much we didn’t like about this property

Absolute wonderful location. Just perfect for our cycling stay away
Unfortunately we were given the wrong access code and had to phone Bach care to sort.
Only took a few minutes and thankfully it was still just daylight & fine. We did miss the road number too. Perhaps a sign at the gate saying Rutherfurd lake house would be helpful esp at night.
