Perfect location, 5 min.from bus & train station and 5-10 min to old town or lake. Area is full with nice restaurants and cafeterias. Just by the corner is a nice grocery shop.
The apartment is very well furnished. In the kitchen you may find all you need
It is an old building without lift.
But up to the second floor is not that much

Very clean. Perfect location. Five minutes from the old town and a short walk to the beach.
The entrance to the apartment is very unfortunate as it gives a bad first impression, but once inside the flat its great 😊

The place is close to the city center and train/bus station, but is still rather quiet. The apartment has some character.
When we arrived, the apartment wasn't cleaned after previous guests. We had to do some cleaning ourselves in order to be able to use it. Later the host did send someone to clean it, but when I asked if we can have a late checkout upon departure, they declined outright and didn't offer anything in compensation. And overall the level of cleanliness leaves much to be desired, the dust is everywhere. The floors in the apartment are sketchy, one can feel them move under the feet and see the 'waves' when stepping.
