Great location, awesome late check out, didn't feel overly corporate which was lovely.
Very sadly the coffee machine (Nespresso) didn't work, that was very disappointing!!

Stayed in M Galleries all over the world and this one falls short.
Single glazing in rooms onto one of Sydney's busiest streets. Seriously?
F&B...a disaster in offering and complete failure in staff ability and supervision. No clue whatsoever. Very poor service. Limited and cheap alcohol choices. Also, web site shows dining venue options that no longer exist.
Room controls via a convoluted ipad. Seriously? Sometimes a switch does the job easier.Tv channels kept freezing, couldn't adjust tv volume, curtain control hard to adjust.
The lights glowing away when you want no light. Who are these people that install glowing light switch pads and thermostats that continue to emit light when they are turned off???
