La vista il terrazzo la vicinanza al centro città
La struttura ind delle dei stanze è senza finestre e prive di condizionatori
La pulizia generale era carente
Il bagno troppo piccolo e privo di finestre
Il parcheggio privato è in forte pendenza
L’ambiente è contaminato da persistente puzza di sigaretta difficilmente eliminabile

Loved the view from the balcony and the space itself was really nice, well equipped kitchen and living area
There are no windows in the second bedroom only a window into the main bedroom. So if you are in the other bedroom with the light on you will keep the other person awake. Also there is no air con unit in the second bedroom, a very big downside

Bon équipement global. Deux chambres. Bonne literie. Propriétaire discret et sympathique. Il existe une place de parking pour une voiture réservée au bas de l’escalier qui mène à l’appartement. La cote se monte facilement en scooter (possibilité d’en louer un à 200 mètres). Très calme la nuit. On n’entend pas le bruit de la route qui passe non loin. Le propriétaire met à disposition, gracieusement, plusieurs bouteilles d’eau, du beurre, de la confiture, du thé et du café, des biscottes pour les premiers petits déjeuners. On peut tout faire à pied à partir de l’appartement. Bien climatisé.
Le quartier n’est pas un des plus beaux de Poros. Pas mal de lumière la nuit à cause des diodes liées à la sécurité. Les photos de Booking.com ont été prises au début de la mise en location et montrent avantageusement un logement plus récent qu’il ne l’est.

Il terrazzo è il punto di forza. Grande, accogliente, attrezzato e con una bella vista sul porto di Poros.
Inoltre i gestori dotano la casa di tutto, non abbiamo dovuto comprare praticamente nulla, persino la colazione.
Proprietario gentile, disponibile e con ottima comunicazione.
La salita ripida per raggiungere la casa.
