El trato del personal tanto recepción como ama de llaves, los desayunos muy ricos y calientes, siempre había café y té para el día a día, agua caliente, plancha y estación de café 24 horas!
Estaba cerca de transportes públicos y mercados públicos, bancos, y lugares turísticos
El baño muy pequeño y estaba tapado el drenaje de la ducha, las artesanías que vendían solo aceptaban pago con efectivo (quetzales) y no con tarjeta.
