I like the view at the roof, the staff very nice. Location was great.
They try to charge for a duty towel that l use after shower only cuz have some make it that it can easily take when they washed.

Location was great, the staff was polite and helpful. They kept my bags for a few hours for free with was great. The ambience was great.
Antigua is a hot place and not having AC was a mistake I mad3 choosing this hotel, there is a fan in the room but it was not enough. I tried to eat twice at their restaurant but it was closed. Not sure if I needed to let people know. I understood that there was always someone there. There is a lot of nice places around the block so it was not a big deal. Also there is a dispenser in the shower but I didn't know if was shampoo or body wash.

The location and proximity to restaurants, el Arco, the park, and many more places.
The staff was very polite and extremely helpful with direction and other suggestions.
I like to sleep in a colder room but there is not AC in the building or rooms.
The windows open to a wall but the night life is loud and cant keep windows open. No fault of the hotel, just Antigua is constantly changing.
There was not complementary soaps, lotions or shampoos. There is a dispenser but not sure what it is inside, if shampoos or body wash.

The inner courtyard was beautiful.
Our room was very dark even with the lights turned on.
The bathroom had mold growing in the shower.
