This was such a beautiful property. Very well maintained, clean, very friendly staff. The brunch buffet was excellent and everything was so fresh. I loved how during the brunch the staff were dressed in full character. I booked two rooms and they were close together. The hotel is also ADA friendly. For my mom who has mobility issues it was perfect. The hotel is a short 5-10 minute walk away from everything but we appreciated being away from all the high traffic areas. We always felt safe and had no problems walking to and from our hotel at night with our 3 children. I would definitely book here again.
I didn’t realize that the pool was a jacuzzi. It is small and gets pretty crowded so we had limited opportunities to enjoy it.

The Location is good and they have their own parking.
Staff is very helpful and kind.
The facilities are well mantained and the room was clean.
The hotel is very beautiful
The rate is very expensive for the area and country.
We had a family emergency and tried to change the dates and the hotel was not helpful at all.
The communication through booking was very limited.
The crib was very old and looked like an old hospital crib. weared down and dirty
