The hotel was very beautiful. The rooms were very spacious and clean, the beds comfortable, there was complimentary coffee and the check in process was smooth and easy.

The location is quite centric. A few minutes away from the main park and the arch.
Super quiet at night for a good sleep.

The location is great. The hostel looks nice on the outside well decorated, and the staff was very accommodating. The original room I had booked was very dark, so I accidentally switched to another one which they were able to do. Room service was there promptly every morning and they did a good job Cleaning.
I’ve never stayed in a hostel before, so I wasn’t sure what to expect, but I didn’t like that one morning there was no water for a while when I needed to take a shower. The fridge in the room that I was eventually given was not working either.
The evening I arrived, after I had checked in someone tried to get into my room and I’m not sure why that happened. Room service comes every morning to clean and they’re not quite aggressively. But I guess for the $11 a night you do get what you pay for.
