The hotel was very nice and clean. The staff overall was helpful and very attentive when first checking in. However there was an issue with the free breakfast. There was nobody around when we were ready to have breakfast and the person who prepared it insisted that I pay extra for milk for my coffee. They later apologized and provided the milk but it was an unpleasant situation. Overall the place is nice and quiet and the bed was comfortable.

We enjoyed our time at Casa Bella overall. The hotel was close to town and the staff was really friendly. Rooms were clean but outdated. Our room was a bit on the smaller side so it wasn’t a place where we could do much outside of sleep so it was fine for a quick stay. Hot tub was great! Breakfast was good as well and free.
