Great location, Friendly Staff. Great value for the price. Truly pet friendly.
No AC on a hot night can be tough. I suggest upgrading the fans or trying another system. Because of the WIFI's landing page survey requirement, the TV can't access it.

Very nice hotel with a beautiful rooftop. Faculties were nice and the room was clean.
Because the rooms are facing the courtyard and you want have some fresh air, we were woken up every morning around 5:30/6ish since we slept next to the kitchen. It was pretty warm and noisy in the rooms.

It’s near restaurants, Central Park walking distance.
Staff at front desk lack of hospitality no eye contact they greeted like it was a job not genuine. Beds mattress were very hard leaving with a sore back. We where with out electricity for almost a day no one notified me until I went down to front desk to let them know most of the room had no electricity and today I had an early flight 6 am hat leave at 2:30 and no water to shower. I had to suggest to let me use another room to shower!
