I liked everything about this hotel, the staff, the decorating, the location, etc.
When I made the reservation, I made sure that we had a private bath. However, I did not realize that our private bath was going to be outside of our room in the hallway. Yes, it was our own private bath with a lock and a key but each time we wanted to go to the bathroom and take a shower we had to go outside our room. The hotel needs to be much more explicit that your private bath will be inside your bedroom, attached to your bedroom and not outside the hall.

Francisco & staff are exceptional. Communication pre-visit and when looking again to stay in Antigua upon return from travels, v helpful. Ask for Room 3. Only two of us. We had three beds, a (separate) large bathroom and a huge private roof terrace - ok, it was accessible from the garden, but no one bothered us! Location & security excellent. Dogs v sweet. Fresh coffee and spare shower on the ground floor. Location is perfect, close to Parque Central & artsy cafésand shops.. Stayed in better * places during our trip, but very fond of and happy to return to Rustica.
Nothing! Maybe a hook for hanging a dress?

It’s a great location in the hotel is quite charming.
The Beds were very hard and uncomfortable. The dog belonging to the hotel was barking at 6AM.
This made it just to sleep.
