No screen on the window so the mosquitoes were flying around constantly

great location! The square was about a 6 min walk from the hotel. The terrace had an amazing views of volcano agua, fuego, and acatenago. The staff is friendly and professional. Loved the app that was used to get into the main portion of the hotel. Made me feel that much safer.
The room was a tad outdated but nothing that truly affected my stay

The receptionist (I believe his name was Alex) was very kind and helpful! The bathroom was clean and had a good shower. The bed was comfortable and the access to the terrace was nice as well!
There was nowhere to fill your water bottle with drinking water and when we first arrived the door was locked and there was no one there to open it (someone came within 5 minutes but it was a little annoying waiting outside the door with our big bags).

The location is very close to the Parque Central, the place is very quiet at night so was good to sleep. The shower is nice and has a nice water flow.
Even they have wifi, in our room we didn’t get any signal, so we were forced to use our mobile data, but either that didn’t get any strong signal.
The toilet paper is placed in a very bad position either by stay up or sit.
