This hotel exceeded all our expectations! The highlight was definitely the rooftop terrace—the views of the volcanoes are absolute magic, especially at sunrise and sunset. The property itself is charming, clean, and very comfortable.
On top of that, they helped us organize fantastic local tours at very reasonable prices, making it super easy to explore the best of Guatemala without breaking the bank. The team went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Highly recommended!

Great location, the rooftop is beautiful, the beds are comfortable and the showers are hot (with a bit of patience and fiddling). The staff are all very friendly and there is a kitchen which is well equipped (but has strange opening hours). Luggage storage and they offer the cheapest Acatenango hike I was able to find in the city for Q325 plus Q100 park entry.
The kitchen has 3 opening times and 3 closed time throughout the day which was a bit strange and because they close the terrace at 9 anyone who wants to socialize has to do so right outside of all of the dorms, which can be loud. The dorms are spacious but there is not much of a good space for bags, they all have to be in the lockers all the time (which is fine but can be frustrating when trying to get ready)
