Fernando, der Besitzer, war super lieb und hilfsbereit bis zum Schluss. Er war jederzeit ansprechbar und hat mit Rat und Tat geholfen. Wir durften unser Gepäck während der 2-tägigen Tour auf den Acatenango in der Unterkunft lassen und im Anschluss nochmal dort duschen. Es war super sauber, wir haben auf Wunsch wann immer wir wollten frische Handtücher erhalten und die Badezimmer wurden jeden Tag geputzt.

Es un lugar tranquilo, lejos del ruido, familiar y cercano al parque central. Nuestro anfitrión siempre estuvo pendiente de lo que necesitamos, nos ayudó a gestionar un tour a Pacaya con los mejores precios, nos orientó sobre el servicio de transporte y prepara la mejor mermelada de piña del mundo mundial.
Todo estuvo muy bien.

Atención, amabilidad, comodidad y ubicación. El lugar es muy agradable, limpio y cómodo, todo estuvo excelente durante mi visita. Sin duda, fue una experiencia muy positiva y lo recomiendo ampliamente, ¡Gracias por hacer mi estancia tan agradable!
