Absolutely adorable property, amazing rooms, lovely staff, great breakfast.
My only note is not to book the car service the property works with for the airport OR insist on leaving earlier than the time they give you. He didn’t leave enough time for traffic and when we asked him to take a different route to bypass an accident he wouldn’t. Had we not had our flight delayed we’d have missed it.

Great scenery in the hotel grounds, very good central location, good breakfast.
The fact that you had to press a bell for staff to open the main door everytime you came back to the hotel.

We enjoyed our stay to the fullest! We love the property! It was a calm oasis in the heart of the town located directly in front of the arch. Perfectly located for access to restaurants and our breakfast each morning with the view of the garden was magical. Beds were so comfy and the rooms were spacious!

We stayed at this hotel for one night while returning from Lake Atitlán before heading to Guatemala City Airport the next day, and we were so happy we found this unique and very friendly place.
The location was perfect, especially for travelers needing a comfortable stop before the airport. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the staff made us feel at home right away. Everything was clean, peaceful, and charming.
We highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling through Guatemala. We would definitely stay here again!
