Me gusto lo seguro que se sentia y lo acogedor, al principio lo sentiamos lejos pero luego nos gusto la experiencia de caminar hasta el lugar y llegar y subir a la terraza un muy agradable ambiente y el personal muy atento y accesible
solo que ofrecian cafe en los cuartos y no habia eramos 3 y solo habia una taza, pero no era nuestra prioridad, así que fue lo único

La atención de Azucena. Una chica muy atenta y trabajadora.
Se nota que le han invertido a la decoración.
Tres cosas: que el baño de la habitacion 9 huela todo el tiempo a drenaje, que cuando me bañaba se inundaba y que se escuchaba todo lo que sucedía afuera.

El personal es muy amable y están atentos a las necesidades de los huéspedes. La habitación y el baño estaban muy limpios. Tiene una terraza muy linda.
Queda retirado de la zona central y el ventilador no es muy efectivo entonces se siente bastante calor en la noche.

The showers are amazing. Some of the best in Guatemala. They actually get properly HOT and have fantastic water pressure. The staff are also all wonderful! And the location is perfect. Quiet yet right in the center.
The room I stayed in had poor airflow and was therefore rather hot and stuffy at times. Rooms on the top floor might not have this issue
