I was given no compensation do not book if your coming to relax it’s just more headcahe and it’s a mess
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the gross negligence and continuous failings in service during my stay, which have caused immense stress, anxiety, and a complete disregard for consumer rights.
Upon checkout, I was provided with the wrong parking card, which has left me and my husband stranded and unable to access our car. This means we cannot even leave the building, forcing us to wait until the next morning to have this resolved.
This is beyond unacceptable and further compounds the disastrous experience we have had with your service. We are currently stuck without transportation, and the burden has fallen on us to manage an issue that should never have occurred in the first place.
To make matters worse, this is not the first instance of poor service. At check-in, we were forced to wait for over 2 hours due to a lack of proper communication and preparation from your team. Despite providing my UAE contact number and email, no one contacted us for hours, causing unnecessary delays and frustration. This alone was deeply disappointing, but now, with the added issue of being stranded without access to our vehicle, our stay has been completely ruined. My husband and I are now forced to rely on taxis to get around, which we are uncomfortable with due to personal anxiety.
This added stress was entirely avoidable had proper care been taken to ensure your guests’ needs were met in a timely and professional manner. As a registered business, you are obligated to provide a reasonable standard of service, and I believe this situation falls well below what is legally and ethically required.
According to consumer and customer rights laws, I have the right to expect services that are delivered with due care and skill, within a reasonable timeframe, and without causing undue distress. Unfortunately, your team’s negligence has violated these rights at every turn.
