Modernes Haus, und sehr freundliches hilfsbereites Personal.
Die Lage zu See ist fantastisch.
Da das Zimmer direkt neben dem Eingang lag, konnte jeder zu jederzeit ins Zimmer schauen. Oder aber man zieht den Vorhang zu, dann nicht. Ist aber nicht der Sinn, wenn man Seeblick bucht.
Das Frühstück ist kein Buffet, sondern wird ohne Auswahlmöglichkeit serviert.
Das Zimmer ist sehr klein, deshalb ist für mich das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis nicht gut.
Legt man alle für und wieder übereinander, komme ich trotzdem zu dieser positiven Bewertung, das das Personal spitze iund die See-Lage fantastisch ist

Мы приехали поздно, но администратор нас дождалась и заселила.
На вопрос через сообщения в Booking о пароле вайфая в полпервого ночи мне ответили через 4 минуты. Сервис супер!
Завтрак был плотный, разнообразный и вкусный! Очень классное разделение по зонам на территории. Качели вообще неожиданный поворот, но очень приятный!
Матрасы очень удобные, я бы подольше поспала)
До воды 2 минуты пешком, пляж небольшой, но очень чистый, посетителей было мало.

Located on the shores of Lake Issyk-Kul, this property offers a peaceful and quiet setting. The rooms are clean, and the staff are friendly and welcoming. It's a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful lakeside surroundings away from the crowds.
The property is located in a rather remote area, and apart from spending time at the beach, there is not much to do nearby. This can be a drawback, especially if the weather is bad. It was also somewhat difficult to find.
One thing that came as a surprise was that the hotel follows halal rules. We only found this out upon arrival. Since there are no other restaurants nearby, you are limited to the food served on-site, and alcohol is not available. Guests are also not allowed to bring their own alcohol. In my opinion, this is something that should have been clearly stated in the booking information beforehand so guests know what to expect.
The breakfast was generally fine, although having some meat options would have been appreciated. My main concern is that some of the property's policies feel unnecessarily restrictive and leave guests with very little choice.
Another downside was the bathroom setup. Toilet paper could not be flushed and had to be disposed of in a bin instead, which may be uncomfortable for some guests. Despite these drawbacks, the stay was acceptable overall, but there are definitely a few things future guests should be aware of before booking.
