The location is convenient for visitor to Sichuan University. There are many restaurants nearby. The front desk reception is very responsive to help solve the issue of a clogged drain in the shower cubicle.
The restaurant seating for breakfast is not too spacious so it can get quite crowded during breakfast hour.

Room very spacious and comfortable. Bed and shower very comfortable. Attentive staff, very helpful. The massage on the SPA was awesome! Room service was very good. Concierge arranged me taxi when needed.
The meals at the restaurant were a bit expensive (but with large variety of dishes). There was a small problem in the end, when I checked out the concierge staff did not speak English, and they instructed the taxi driver to take me to the wrong terminal at the airport. Usually there was someone speaking good English, so it is good to double check with this person in advance.

I like bathroom facilities and comfortable bed and pillows.
That room smells cigarettes, even bed linen. Staff easily could speak English. Good that on the reception English wasn’t a problem.
