Very happy to stay at this hotel in Chengdu. The staff contacted us in advance to inform us of the check-in process and replied promptly to all our questions. As it’s our first time traveling to China, they gave us lots of great travel tips, making us feel completely at ease.
When we arrived at our room, we were also welcomed with a lovely gift set including a panda doll, fridge magnet and snacks — it was absolutely wonderful, and the kids loved it so much.
The room is spotlessly clean and very spacious. The subway station is just downstairs, making it extremely convenient to travel around the city.
We truly appreciate their thoughtful hospitality. I wish more hotels would follow their example. Thank you again for such a wonderful stay, which has made our trip to Chengdu incredibly enjoyable. We hope we will have the chance to come back to China again in the future.

Great location, we were right amongst it. Kids loved the projector screen. Bathrooms were really nice. Very clean.

Everything is wonderful. This is our first time in China. Thank you for your warm reception. The room is particularly lovely and beautiful. You also gave us a panda doll and a fridge magnet as gifts.
