Clean, location, comfotable bed, good location
The staff are unprofessional and non qualified
Check out employee doesn't know how to print out invoice and claims that he's been working 1 year, and customers don't request invoice at check out normally
Both check in and checkout employees don't know what does it mean to hold the security deposit amount from credit card (Authorisation only), and insisted to withdraw the money from credit card and return it cash at check out
The toilet is so tight and requires improvment like adding rack or shelves to put my washbag

No food, tiling on a part of the bedroom wall and the 200 riyal refundable deposit.
