Très bon séjour à Jeddah ! Le studio est très spacieux, propre, confortable et très bien équipé. Tout était impeccable à notre arrivée et ça sentait très bon.
Mention spéciale au responsable de l’équipe de ménage ainsi qu’à toute son équipe : une véritable petite armée 😄 ! Ils sont très efficaces, présents et font vraiment bien leur travail. Tout est propre, bien entretenu et parfaitement rangé.
Le personnel est également très accueillant, aimable et disponible. Ils répondent volontiers aux demandes et sont vraiment au service des clients.
Ils nous ont aidé à réserver un taxi pour aller à l 'aéroport à 2h du matin! Génial !
Très bon emplacement, à mi chemin entre Al Balad (35min en taxi), les plages à Obhur (entre 30 et 40 min en taxi), et proche de la corniche (environ a 15 min en taxi).
Il y a pas mal de restaurants et de petits commerces a proximité.
Il y a une laverie avec des tarifs plus qu'acceptable à proximité.

Quelques petits points à améliorer : il faut parfois redemander plusieurs fois les serviettes avant de les recevoir, donc une meilleure organisation des demandes serait appréciable. Il faut aussi faire attention dans la douche, car le sol peut rapidement devenir humide et glissant.
Mis à part ces petits détails, tout était parfait. Une très bonne expérience, je recommande !

The hotel is located in a very good area, making it convenient for getting around. The beds were comfortable and the pillows were especially enjoyable. The rooms were generally acceptable, and on-site parking is available, even if limited.
Despite breakfast being included, it’s only served in the room at set times, and the portions are quite small — not even milk for a proper coffee. Some of the sofas in the room were not very clean. Parking cannot be reserved, so there’s a chance you won’t find a spot. Additionally, we encountered a billing error that we had to resolve after returning home. Overall, it wasn’t a terrible stay, but it fell short of expectations for a 4-star hotel.
