Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in einem abgeschlossenen Bereich, Schranke mit Karte zu öffnen. 8km zu einem der vielen Traumstränden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem Auto gut zu erreichen. Sehr netter Gastgeber, Herzlicher Empfang und auch Verabschiedung. Es war ein rundum toller Urlaub in diesem schönen Haus mit den vielen Sitzgelegenheiten.

If you are looking for a quiet place away from the everyday rush and noise, this is ideal. The entire Eden Rock location is a private area with no public access, you have to pass a lifting barrier when approached by car.
The house is so beautiful, furnished with great attention to every detail. Everything is very well built, no leaks, no stains, everything works perfectly and is clean as new (towels and bed sheets are changed weekly).
All doors and windows are equipped with mosquito nets (you can see mosquitoes during the evening/night, but it does not prevent you from staying outside if you want). We recommend to keep them on all the time (there are geckos living around, which are harmless, but you most likely don't want them visiting your room).
The surrounding area is pure natural and very well maintained. We were enjoying watering the garden in the evenings (relax, not mandatory).
In the morning we enjoyed our breakfast at the dining area in front of the house combined with a stunning sea view.
In the kitchen you will find everything you need (we have been cooking quite often). The only missing piece is a coffee machine (we bought one in Cagliari for coffee capsules).
(of course there is a moka express available, you are in Italy, but we were lazy to use it ;-))
Important note: You need a car/motorbike here.
The three best beaches we would recommend nearby are Spiaggia Su Guideu, Spiaggia di Cala Cipolla and Spiaggia di Tuerredda (all within 15-20mins drive). For quick shopping there are 2 groceries in Chia (15mins drive) and a few bigger malls in Pula (20mins drive).
Cagliari is approximately 50 mins away and it is nice to visit there in the evening.
Roberto was very helpful, although we did not have many reasons to contact him during our stay.
He provided us with a very helpful guide and list of instructions.
Overall this is very close to perfect.
