About this house rental

Located in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming house for $290 per night is a great option for your next trip. Are you looking for a place for your family to enjoy the amazing white sand Clear Water Beach, and the beaches around? This is your place. The house is perfectly designed for a family getaway or a group of friends. It is very close to the beaches and it is located right at the centers of all the beaches. There are many shops, grocery stores, and beach activities around. There are 4 bedrooms that can comfortably sleep 10. A huge backyard for hanging out. A large pool to cool you off Florida sun. The space is about 1700 square feet. Upon entering you will be in the dinning room with dinning table and pool view through the door to the back yard. To your left is the cheerfully decorated living room with a 65 inches roku TV that is a great space for conversation. Behind the living room the updated kitchen with all basic cooking equipment's for preparing your family meals. To the left of the living room is 2 bedrooms. One with a king bed and one with a queen bed. They share a hallway bathroom. To the right side of the house is another 2 bedrooms. One is a garage converted with two double beds. And one is a regular bedroom with a queen bed. Upon exit the house to the back yard, you will see a large pool. The house has out door dining table, as well and pool lounging chairs, a hanging hammock, and a hammock for enjoying the back yard. We put decorate lighting on the big oak tree in the back yard. This can be turn on with the switch right next to the tree. We also put a sink in the back yard for convenient. Important: Bugs rules. It is understood you are visiting a hot, humid climate. This home backs up to a wooded lot where wildlife and pests reside. Owner subscribes to monthly pest control services (year round) and tri-weekly mosquito services (seasonal). Owner is not responsible for any encounters with pests or wildlife inside or outside the home. If notified immediately of such an occurrence, arrangements can be made for additional services if needed, but no refunds will be offered for such encounters. Regardless of measures taken to keep the home free of such events, occasionally something makes its way in through an open door, window, crack, etc. PLEASE NOTE: -We have exterior cameras in front of the house and at the backyard (pool area) for security and insurance purposes. -Please be advised that we do weekly pool service, and there is a robot vacuum to clean the pool daily, however you will see some leaves as we have 2 big oak trees next to the pool and their leaves keep falling down - Early Check-in fee: $35 per hour - Late Check-out fee: $35 per hour

The house it's on a really close to the beach neighborhood, but inside was a horrible experience, we found cockroaches and a lot of insects in the kitchen cabinets, cockroaches in the master room and living room. I did ask to the manager for a clean fee refund, but they refuse it. the house had two months without be cleaned. I would never recommend this property or the host.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We celebrated my mother's 90 birthday celebration. One of my daughters has Downs Syndrome. She absolutely loves to swim but the gulf overwhelms her. She stayed in the lovely pool all week. The home is decorated cute. We had everything we needed for cooking and grilling. The second shower did not work so that was a bit difficult with 5 women. We will return next summer.

The whole point of us renting this place was the pool and space for there to be no pool that was functionable due to the cleaning machine being left in there and it being disgusting with a film of dirt on the top. We notified the host who was unkind and refused to resolve the issue. With five girls in one house, we had to share one shower because the other one would not turn on, the toilet was not grouted to the floor (like you could slide it around the house if you really wanted too) and the wallpaper that was advertised was a quarter done and held up by pieces of scotch tape.. The TV in the room did not work, there were left over musty clothes in the washer and driver (i believe left by the previous tenants or owner) the room with two beds is actually a creepy garage and some of the outlets did not work. The oven light was always lit indicating that the oven was on even if it was not or even hot. And those were just the main concerns we realized and remember. We notified Vrbo who in return said we should have message them first but we would have if we would have known. Truthfully, the owner could have got the machine out of the pool and actually cleaned it and we couldn't have even left a review but after paying so much money to only get to check in from friday at 4pm- and have to be out by sunday at 11am, a review was necessary.

We had a wonderful time in Largo with our family. Nice back yard with a pool and barbecue grill. The only downside was that the shower in the 2nd bathroom did not work.

This property is close to shops, parks and great beaches. Nice back yard with shade and several areas for relaxing. We have 5 kids, one special needs. When we travel, we often have to run home because someone is over stimulated, needs a nap or just needs a break. This place was centrally located to all the places we wanted to go and was large enough to for our family. The kids loved playing in the pool. The manager was very responsive and accommodating.

Couldn’t have been better! place is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. The home was beautiful! It had a lovely backyard with a great pool and very stylish interior. The home was in a great location, right near the beach and of delicious places to eat! Ella was very accommodating and friendly, she is also flexible with check-in and check-out time, which was extremely helpful and communication was great too. We would highly recommend this wonderful place and looking forward to staying here again one day.
