Bring your boat and take advantage of the private boat lift should you want to explore the intercoastal waters! Frolic in the outside space and play outdoor games together. Inside, your home boasts modern decor and comfortable furnishings, as well as open-concept living and dining areas that are perfect for gathering together. The chef of the group will adore the well-equipped kitchen. Make anything from a cup of coffee with the Keurig to an extravagant meal with the quality cooking equipment at your disposal. Serve the food on the luxurious dinnerware and eat in the dining area or use bar seating. There is also a study room for plugging in and catching up on remote work or indulging in some online games. Other amenities include central air-conditioning as well as a private washer/dryer allowing you to refresh for the next day’s adventures! RESORT AMENITIES -Tennis court THINGS TO KNOW This home's boat lift is currently out of order. The dock is still functional. Streaming TV services require guest accounts to access. If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. No more dogs are allowed. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Dock details: Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit. More information can be downloaded from the "Rental Agreement" on the checkout page. Due to local laws or HOA requirements, guests must be at least 27 years of age to book. Guests under 27 must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian for the duration of the reservation. Overall, the house worked and it seemed clean. The bunks are definitely more suited for children not young adults. The layout of the house was very open and spacious. The outdoor space was also nice and provided extra room for privacy. Because we had 6 adults with us, I wouldn’t choose it again. However, for a young family it would be great.

A great venue to facilitate our annual brocation. Myself and 4 other college buddies played a round at East Bay (mini) golf course about 15 minutes away, spotted dolphins off the back deck one evening, and it was an easy drive to the beach w public access. House was clean and orderly. Able to cook steaks on back grill and have a shrimp boil on the stove. I do recommend.
