Located in Indian Rocks Beach, this attractive condo for $337 per night is a great option for your next break. 4 FREE daily water park passes and parking for two cars are included! Just a 3/5 minute walk to the BEACH! Gorgeous View of the Intracoastal from the unit! Sleeps up to 10. This 3/2 condo comes with access to Splash Harbour Water Park. It is close to many restaurants, family friendly activities. Great views of intracoastal from the unit's balcony. A fully stocked kitchen that includes pots/pans, dishes, and even a washer and dryer. A great place to bring the whole family! The 3rd bedroom has bunkbed, twin on top, and double bed below. The condo comes with 4 daily full access passes to the water park. Please note, the pool is part of the water park. No passes are needed from 6 pm to 10 pm when the slides and lazy river are closed. A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, free wifi, and 4 daily waterpark pases are included with up to 6 additional passes can be purchased at a 50% discount. You will have access to all the amenities this resort has to offer! The Parking Garage is under the building. There is free parking for one car in garage (if garage is full you can park in the parking lot), and free parking for a second car in the parking lot. (lot parking spot is a $20 daily value) . I am available through messaging. The Water Park on premises, located on the Intracoastal, a 3-5 minute walk to the beach. Boat and Bike rentals are also right that, tons of restaurants, live entertainment, ice cream and candy shoppes. There is a trolley that will take you up and down the coast for a daily minimal fee. The host will provide you with the start up of toilet paper, paper towels, a laundry/dishwasher pod, a garbage bag and hand soap. It is up to you to provide whatever else is needed for your stay. You will need to bring the water park passes to the gift shop to have them scanned and receive a wrist band. The band needs to be worn while at the park. It is there that you can purchase up to 6 additional passes at a 50% discount. The pool is part of the park. So, you will need to have on a wrist band at the pool until the park closes and then a wrist band is no longer required. Owner has provided beach towels, 2 coolers, and a Pack-n-play! Coffee Maker is a Keurig (small start up of pods supplied). All guests have access to the 6th and 7th floor Sundecks, make sure you take the time to watch a sunset from one of these decks! Age minimum: One guest must be at least 25 years old. Under the ADA and Florida law, owners of public accommodations are not required to allow emotional support animals, only documented service animals. Rates on OPEN DATES are often subject to change. TRAVEL INSURANCE IS RECOMMENDED, AS THERE IS A STRICT NO REFUND POLICY!!! IF YOU NEED TO CANCEL, YOU WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. THE NO REFUND POLICY INCLUDES NO REFUNDS DUE TO HEALTH CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WEATHER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND, WATER CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING COLD WATER OR RED TIDE, OR TRANSPORTATION OR ROAD CONDITIONS OF ANY KIND INCLUDING FLIGHT CANCELLATIONS. A CHANGE IN YOUR BOOKING DATE MAY NOT BE POSSIBLE OR ALLOWED, HOWEVER, SHOULD A DATE CHANGE BE ALLOWED BY THE OWNER, BOOKING DATE CHANGES WILL BE SUBJUECT TO A $50 CHARGE FOR EACH DATE CHANGE. Should a booking date change be allowed, the difference in rates, if lower, will not be refunded, and if higher, will be charged. AGAIN, due to the no refund policy, travel insurance is highly recommended, especially if your stay will fall around Florida's Hurricane season, which falls annually around June 1 through Nov. 30. We cannot guarantee pools will be warm during cold weather months, and will not give discounts or refunds should a guest experience cold pool water temperatures. Check in is any time after 4PM. EARLY CHECK-IN: Because we have a high amount of same day turn overs, we kindly ask that you would PLEASE refrain from asking for an early check in. Check-in is at 4PM Eastern or any time thereafter. Should the unit be available for early check-in, it will be offered to you on the morning of your arrival for a $50 early check-in fee. Thank you for understanding!

Clean and beautifully arranged site. Very close to beaches and great restaurants. Water park was a favorite with the kids.

Very nice condo with updated furniture, decor, and baths. The view of the harbor from the balcony and the window wall was beautiful. It is just one block to the beach and there was a fun restaurant and bar on the other side of the water park. I didn’t have children with me, but the water park looked like it would be fun too.

Everything as advertised. Would stay again! Keep in mind if the weather gets below a certain temperature they will close the water park - not a big deal for us, but something to keep in mind.

Excellent property perfect for kids! The waterpark on site was perfect for my 6,8 and 10 year old. Big enough for them to have fun but small enough for them to run around safely! Beach is an easy walk. Place was so spacious. Nice comfy beds and extras like beach toys, indoor toys and games. Really appreciated all the extra touches like Christmas decorations. We loved our stay; thank you!!

There were six of us. It was our family and our kids’ significant others. The place is spacious with three bedrooms allowing us to spread out and not step on each other. It’s a simple 5 minute walk to a not crowded beach and the kids enjoyed the water park immensely. My wife and I enjoyed simply walking around the area. A Publix market is just over a mile away so you can grab food and drink. I highly recommend. It’s wonderful

Had a great visit w 8 college friends. Unit was well appointed, and a great location in Indian Rocks beach. Restaurants in walking distance, beach access 2 blocks away and a fun water park with provided passes..Great sunrise view from the balcony and terrific sunsets from the roof deck.
