This first floor direct oceanfront condo (actually second floor as it is located above ground floor parking and storage), includes 3 BR, 2.5 BA, King Bed in Primary Bedroom, and Queen Beds in the "Boho" and "Whale" bedrooms. Just steps to the breathtaking Crystal Coast multi-blue ocean with white sand, Ocean Breeze invites you to relax in its quiet location. Attention to detail and decor were collaborated with our decorator, and they were our focal point--a peaceful, tranquil property for our guests and for us personally to enjoy. There are spectacular views throughout the living, dining, kitchen, and primary bedroom areas. Elevator access makes unloading vehicles and carrying personal items to and from your condo a "breeze". Luggage cards are available at each elevator floor to assist with your items. The fully equipped kitchen presents to you all new/updated appliances which include DW, built-in microwave, oven/stove, refrigerator along with coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig coffee maker, toaster, waffle iron, blender, crab pot steamer, and all the essentials for preparing delicious meals. Ocean Breeze has two private covered balconies overlooking the ocean which are located off the living room and primary bedroom. Enjoy the sun rise and unobstructed ocean views of the Crystal Coast from the private balconies. The patio includes table and chairs to enjoy morning coffee/breakfast, lunch, and/or dinner. The primary bedroom balcony includes a small table and chairs to enjoy your favorite beverage and savor the sun rising and the magnificent sunsets in the evening. A gazebo located steps outside our unit offers many enjoyable evenings to sit, savor the sea, and exchange conversation with family and friends! Condo was the perfect place for our family vacation. It was a bonus to have the half bath with two teenagers! Nancy was very responsive. Our checkin and check out was a breeze! Highly recommend Oceanbreeze!

Great location, wonderful rental itself with 2 exceptions. There is NO cabinet space for any food that you bring. All the cabinets are full of kitchen utensils. Parking is terrible only 2 parking permits given for a 3 bedroom rental. Even visitors that stop by for lunch had to go to the office(3 buildings away to get a parking pass) parking for owners vs rental guests is out of line. We will not be staying here again….too much hassle for parking when there was always 5-6 spaces available even in the Fourth of July.

Amazing view from the screened-in porch. It’s about as close to the ocean as you can get.The condo was very clean and the kitchen was extremely well-stocked. Nancy made sure we had everything we needed. We all enjoyed our stay. Thanks!!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay at Ocean Breeze! The unit is lovely, well decorated, and the views of the ocean can’t be beat. Close, easy beach and pool access were a huge plus! The kitchen is extremely well stocked with just about everything you could possibly need. We were also pleasantly surprised to have starter TP and paper towels. Tons of extra pillows, blankets, and towels were another plus. Nancy’s communication was A+ from beginning to end! Highly recommend!!

This property met all of my expectations. It was clean, well appointed, and had everything you need in the kitchen. Easy access to the beach, the pool and shopping.. one of the nicest condos we’ve stayed in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this lovely villa! It is beautifully decorated and was quite comfortable for our family (kids ages 11-17, my 79-yr-old mother, my husband, and me). The location is perfect - not too far away from Morehead and Beaufort, but just far enough from the circle and fishing piers that we didn't have to worry about an overcrowded beach. It was perfect! We had most everything we needed - a well-stocked kitchen, a laundry room as you enter the unit, plenty of towels, pillows, & blankets, an iron, hair dryers, a few chairs for the beach, and 2 boogie boards (to the delight of my husband and kids!). Be sure to bring along extra toilet paper, paper towels, and soap/toiletries, but that's really all you'll need at this well-equipped unit. The bedrooms were so quaint and beach-y! The owners thought of everything. My husband never can find a bed as comfy as our own, however, to our delight, the King bed was beautifully decorated AND incredibly cozy! We slept exceptionally well, as did the rest of our family. It was super nice to have 2-1/2 bathrooms, and we also appreciated the bar area in the hallway w/the mini-fridge where we kept water, sodas, etc. so we didn't take up room in the main fridge. The dining table was a nice size, allowing for family board games after dinner. The kids also enjoyed playing cards on the screened in porch while listening to the waves crash in the background. The location of this unit is perfect for quick pool & beach access. When we weren't on the beach, we were by the pool, and the kids ended each evening w/a swim before bed! It was also very convenient to have stairs and an elevator nearby - my mother was grateful that she didn't have to walk far. The luggage and shopping carts by the elevator were a big hit, too – this made for an easy transport of groceries, etc. from the car to the unit. The owner was diligent in checking on us via email before and during our stay, and also responding to us promptly. She was very helpful and sincerely wanted us to enjoy our time at Dunescape Villas and Atlantic Beach. We’re so happy we found this rental, and we highly recommend a stay here! - The Hamann Family

Ocean Breeze condo made the perfect vacation spot for my family, which includes 2 small children. It was updated and beautiful, but cozy. First floor meant less stairs to lug our things, but there is also an elevator. It was clean. Check in and out was easy. There were plenty of extra pillows, towels, blankets. Even in July, the beach was not crowded. The pool is nice. It is close to restaurants, the aquarium, playground, Fort Macon… plenty to do. Also, Nancy sent me a nice message to make sure we had everything we needed. A++!

Great Oceanfront Condo at Atlantic Beach. Perfectly appointed. Everything you need for a great family vacation. We really enjoyed our stay. The beds were comfortable, the decor was perfect, and lots of local activities and restaurants to pick from.

This was our first time vacationing in NC and this property was perfect for the 4 of us to enjoy the beach and easy walking/driving/teen skateboarding to shops and restaurants. I have high compliments to the owner for such nice decor and amenities- we were all very comfortable and the screened in patio got well used! Definitely recommend!
