Plus, when you're ready to hit the beach, it's only a 0.4-mile (9-minute walk) to the Tateway Rd. beach access or a 1-minute drive to the Perry St. beach access with parking! Your family will love splashing around in the oversized swimming pool with a bonus diving board and slide that provides hours of entertainment! Surrounding the pool deck, you'll find plenty of lounge chairs for working on your tan and tables with umbrellas to provide shade on those especially hot days. A ground-level storage area contains the laundry room along with a full-size refrigerator—perfect for poolside snacks. A toilet area can be easily accessed from the pool deck. An enclosed outdoor shower is available for rinsing off the sand after spending the day out by the ocean. Beneath the home is a covered sitting area for enjoying the sea breeze no matter the weather and features a picnic table and gas grill perfect for alfresco dining. Step into the spacious great room with vaulted ceilings, wood paneled walls and plenty of mermaid décor to unwind on the comfortable leather furniture situated around a large flat-screen TV with DVD & sound bar. This house was perfect for everyone in our party. We loved our pool days! The kitchen also has everything you could need. There is no need to pack anything for beach from home, everything was there on property!

The house is really nice the only thing is it says 8 minute walk to the beach but you have to cross the main road which is basically a highway. So there was no really walking to beach and there is plenty of parking but loading up the car was not the best. The upstairs bedrooms get very hot and might need there own HVAC. The pool and house had almost everything you would need my family enjoyed our stay. If we would have know about the crossing the highway to get the beach we might have booked another property.

We really liked the house, had some problems with door code but got that resolved fairly quickly. I would definitely stay there again my family and had a great experience

Our stay was a wonderful one! The house and pool are beautiful. We had enough rooms for our family and grandkids. It is beautifully located in an area where there is tons of things to do and a walking/bike path not far from the house along the water. The kids enjoyed the pool and couldn’t get enough of it. It was a very enjoyable vacation!!
