This is a very cute cottage for a small party of two people. Beyond two people it would be cramped. It is reasonably close to the Point Park beaches and the Canal Park area of Duluth. The kitchen was well equipped and supplied as was the bathroom with linens. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend it with the following "head's-up's".. It is not equipped with a washer and dryer although though it appears there is space and connections for a stacked unit in the bathroom and we booked the unit expecting to be able to wash clothes during our stay. We brought enough clothes that this didn't turn out to be a problem. People with mobility issues might find it difficult to get in and out of the bed since there is only about a 4" or less space on either side of the bed. So you have to either crawl in from the foot of the bed or suck in your gut to slide along the side of the bed -- a technique which we were successful in mastering. The shower, while of adequate size, could use some enhancements. It was very slippery, so the addition of a couple of grab bars and maybe a non-slip surface treatment would make it less intimidating to use. Also, the addition of some kind of shelf to hold shampoos and body washes, would be helpful.
