Flexible stays. Contactless arrival & departure. All Linens & towels included. Professionally cleaned & sanitized. AMENITIES: Washer/Dryer. Linens provided. Fully stocked kitchen. Concierge style hospitality services. LOCATION: Just a few short minutes from the State Park. ENJOY: Beautiful condition. Nicely decorated. Thoughtfully designed for a couple and their family. House Rules and Security: No smoking, No Events. No Pets. Check in time is after 4:00 PM. Check out time is 10:00 AM Minimum 3 night stay. Exterior cameras, if present, monitor the driveway entrance and the waterfront for security purposes only. NOT PET/ESA Friendly: Seriously folks, no pets or ESA's are allowed in this rental property. If there is evidence of pets or ESA's in the rental home you will be asked to vacate the home and be charged a $250 housekeeping pet fee, as well as forfeit all rent amounts paid. We really enjoyed the spaces where we could all be together - like on the dock, kitchen table or living room, but also spaces to be apart and get a little work done. A lovely home and wonderful spot on the water!

We rented two homes for our large family reunion, but we used this house as the daily gathering point because of the fabulous yard. Our young ones had room to play frisbee, kick balls, play corn hole, toss balls, and just run free.

This property was amazing! Beautiful, large and updated! Our family enjoyed everything it had to offer from fishing and swimming at the dock, to ping pong and cornhole tournaments to watching all the wildlife visit us everyday! The house has amazing views and we will certainly be back!

Lovely location Unfortunately basement had musty odor and dampness. Perhaps a leak somewhere. It rained while we were there.

The house was clean and the property provided easy access to the lake. It is a gradual slope to the dock, making it manageable for the grandparents who were with us for the weekend. The deck(s) are great for overlooking the lake in the morning or evening. The paddle boat was a nice feature for anyone looking to fish beyond the dock/shore without having to rent a boat of feeling unsteady in a kayak. There are no life vests on the property, so be sure to bring some along. The marina does sell some for around $30.

The home had great views and a nice covered dock and nice swimming area. The home was very clean and ready for us at check-in. The games were nice!

We (2 parents, 3 kids (13-24 y.o.) plus 2 friends, 2 dogs, and a drop-in by brother and wife) had a great time at this property. We were extremely satisfied with the condition of the property, the amenities- boat dock, covered downstairs patio, ping-pong table, TV, Wifi, gas grill, plus the linen service including sealed towels and washcloths, coffee, replacement propane tank. Overall, we had a great experience in this home, and we look forward to returning next year! Definitely 5 stars!

For one of our annual family gatherings for 2022, we started with a stay at SML The location and setting of this lake house was just perfect! We enjoyed everything about it!...the house, the yard, the dock, the neighborhood. It's so peaceful and so scenic. We will definitely be back.

We loved the house and dock. House was clean and the beds were very comfy. We loved the dock and furniture. Only complaint is there weren’t any wine glasses! We were able to check in early and check out late, thanks for an amazing house!!
