As you walk in, you will love the wood ceiling beams. It feels like being in a cozy cabin with the convenience of being so close to Downtown Woodstock. This beautiful and spacious home offers not ONE but TWO Master Bedrooms each with Ensuite, 55inches Roku TV, King Size Beds and super comfortable NEW Memory foam Mattress! The Third bedroom offers another KING bed, 55 inch TV and New Memory foam Mattress. There is a full Bathroom in the hallway. The Fourth Bedroom offers a bunk bed (Full over Twin) with a TV and new Memory foam Mattresses!! - You will enjoy the open concept Kitchen/Living and Dining Room space. The dining table seats 8, and the island seats 3. The kitchen is fully stocked with anything you may need to cook your favorite meals or you may prefer to take a short stroll downtown and try any of the many Great restaurants, coffee houses, ice cream shops Downtown Woodstock has to offer. The Game room has a 55 inch TV, a foosball and an air hockey table to have a friendly competition with your loved ones. If you are like us, and like the outdoors... This amazing home has the space you're looking for! You will be seated outside enjoying the outdoors with a cup of coffee (or Wine) while the kids run around in the fully fenced backyard. We welcome your four legged babies, however you must message us first to ensure we are able to ask you a few questions prior to booking to make sure they will be a great fit for our home. This place was wonderful! The area with the kitchen, dining table and living room were in the same big area with a lot of open space. There were 2 masters, a regular bedroom with a king, and a smaller room with a twin on top, full on bottom bunk beds. We came with 6 adults and 3 toddlers and were able spread out and not feel on top of each other. Because it was rainy during our stay, the extra room out back gave the kids an extra space to play with their cars and trucks. The big back fenced in yard also is a great place for kids and dogs to run around safely and gave the adults plenty of room to stretch out and enjoy. The house is about a 20 min walk to downtown. There is a sidewalk the whole way there. Cynthia, the host, was easily reachable by email and responded promptly. Would definitely rent again!!

We visited this location for a wedding and had the most wonderful time at this location. We were able to gather as a family in this large and open home. The setup is perfect for large families. Communication with the owners was also easy and prompt. The home is perfectly equipped as well. Thanks for making this a special vacation for us.

The location was perfect!! Walking distance to downtown Woodstock. The decor and backyard were amazing!! The kitchen and space in the bedrooms were great. The kids loved the game room. The kitchen was great for eating and games. We would stay again! The only note is if you are sensitive to Air Fresheners/Scent Packets it will be difficult. We opened the windows and the weather was beautiful. There were NO "bad smells" we are just allergic to the freshener & scent packets. We didn't ask about this beforehand. So the owners didn't know if was an issue for us.

From day one the communication with Cynthia was easy and efficient! The property was beyond our expectations and the pictures don't even do it justice. The backyard is huge and has a wonderful deck and fire pit. We even meant the neighbors and felt like we were part of the neighborhood. It's hard to find a great experience with host, location and fees now a days with these things. I have stayed in many VRBO's and BNB's and this was without question one of the best we've had! In regards to the town, Woodstock is amazing. We walked around town and visited the local bookstore, ate at Rootstock (Great whiskey and bourbon), and took a great walk with our dogs at the trails at Woofstock, a dog park with trails that go through beautiful neighborhoods and right to downtown Main St. We are also big fans of nearby cities like Talking Rock and Jasper so we took a trip to Fainting Goat Whinery and strongly recommend going there. We were in town to visit our eldest son that moved to Buckhead which was just 30 minutes away so as you can see the location is amazing for just about anything you want to do in Georgia! Thanks again for sharing your wonderful home and we hope to be back soon!!!

We were in Woodstock to attend a wedding of dear friends. Location of the home was ideal, and it was the perfect size for our group (two couples). Property was clean and well cared for. Outdoor deck was amazing. Highly recommend.

Impeccable, warm , extremely large home with tons of amenities to include a large kitchen with cozy living room , gorgeous spacious bedrooms , a huge backyard with sitting open porch and couches , fire pit and also a closed in game room porch area. Loved the whole ambience. I would 💯 recommend this VRBO and would definitely stay here again .

This is a wonderful house with all the kitchen equipment needed to cook a family meal. The layout of the house enabled us to easily have space for all our adults and a dog too. Love the two bedrooms with private bathrooms. The back yard is huge and private. Thank you Cynthia for being so responsive and helpful!

We had a great experience. The house was very clean and looked like the online pictures. We could walk to town less then mile which had great restaurants and shops. Downtown Woodstock was a very cute town. We were in town for baseball tournament at Lake Point. We had no problem going back and forth.
