About this house rental
As seen on TV. A National Box Store filmed 4 commercials at this beautiful house! This is a New Construction single family home with Movie Theatre. This is a great location: 3 minutes to I-10, dozens of restaurants and attractions. 12-minute ride to the new Amazon complex, 22 minutes to the State Capital and Doak Campbell Stadium. Beautiful new home (except garage), comfortable beds and linens. This house is a straight 5 Star home and I think you’ll be happy staying here.

We had an amazing stay at this property! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as pictured. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring Tallahassee. The kitchen was well stocked, the beds were comfortable, and everything we needed was provided.Communication with Gregg the host was excellent from booking through checkout, with clear instructions and quick responses to any questions. Gregg went above and beyond when I asked for a special accommodations. The location was convenient to restaurants, shopping, and local attractions. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting Tallahassee. It truly felt like a home away from home!

We had a wonderful stay! Everything was exceptional from start to finish. The home was beautifully maintained, extremely comfortable, and stocked with every amenity you could think of — it truly felt like a home away from home. Greg was incredibly responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. You can tell a lot of care and thought went into making guests feel welcome. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!
