We have stayed in this accommodation on several occasions, and will continue to in the future. The owners respond to emails in a timely manner. The location is in a quiet part of Skegness and we have always felt safe and relaxed. As the room has a double bed it would only be suitable for singles or couples. Wi Fi seems tricky at first, but is present and has a good signal. Room was warm and kitted out with everything we needed. What can I say, Love the place.
Can't give any negatives, some of the other places we have stayed in Skegness would be a different response.

Excellent location. Parking on site. Dog friendly. Good communication. Walking distance of town, beaches and amenities. Very well equipped. Good shower and plenty hot water. Will.stay again. Thank you.
Noisy upstairs guests. 2 feral boys running round, screaming upto and after 11pm. My husband had to go and speak to the adults in charge. We could hear their TV conversations and every footstep.

Very convenient location for watching the National Bowling Finals this week behind the Suncastle in Skegness
Not clean, had to clean the fridge out. Wallpaper falling off the ceiling. Black mold in the bathroom and smelt damp and musty. Someone put the front door dead latch down so could get into the building one night. Tried umpteen times to ring host no answer, dreadful.
