Where do we start ? A lovely , clean little home from home. Very private. All the facilities you will need and in a great location. The owner was very kind and helpful and we are already planning our next trip.

Excellent location within walking distance of attractions so we were able to save on parking costs yet far enough away to be quiet in the evenings. friendly hosts easy to communicate with should you need to, free parking space on site, well lit outside the property & very clean & tidy inside. Had everything we needed for a family holiday even added extras such as biscuits & milk on arrival. Well equipt kitchen with all utensils, spacious rooms, bath & shower, TV, free WiFi& board games for the children & even buckets & spades! Able to bring pets if needed this property was absolutely perfect!
That it was up for sale when we stayed so may not remain a holiday home in the future 😢

Clean and well equipped
Skegness in February is a depressing experience. It was difficult to tell whether various attractions were closed or derelict. Significant numbers of homeless people living in makeshift accommodation (the bowling green) quite ironic given the number of empty properties. While I accept that the town (the seafront) is awaiting significant investment in the meantime it really isn’t worth visiting and as such the accommodation we stayed in (despite the relatively high standard) was quite over priced. This is unfortunate as the owners clearly pay a great deal of attention to the property which in many respects was faultless . However until the town itself receives a major uplift sad to say that it really is better to avoid.
