Clean and big room. Convenient lobation. Bus and subway stations are close by so it is quick and easy to go into the city or go to the airport，train / bus stations.
Online checkin was a pain. I wish they would've request so much personal information include facial identification.

The location was very good and the facilities were good. The bed was comfortable.
The check-in process was way too long I almost cancelled my reservation it was that frustrating.

It was clean, well equipped, good AC, close to Lisbon Oriente
Sometimes may be loud during the night when the other people are walking and talking at the corridor

Decent for, maybe max 2 nights. Bed is ok, shower is ok too, just takes long to warm up.
The check-in is complicated, i managed to do it but over the days i had to help multiple people getting in at all. The fridge is horrific, the noise that makes all night is ridiculous and you cant even turn it off. Rooms are very, very cheaply made i think as you can even hear your neighbours fart (no joke)
Overall you can survive decently a few days, but its a no-go for a long stay.
