Had it not been so hot the flat would have been fine. Unfortunately the lack of fans made it impossible to sleep or spen

It was large and well furnished, kitchen well-stocked and bathroom and kitchen clean. Pick up and drop of keys was very easy.

The windows were dirty, carpets also dusty. There were no fans even though it was 34-7 degrees during our stay. When I asked for some because the heat was unbearable the owner said that they had distributed to their other flats and run out, and if I could find some I could buy myself and they would reimburse. I really don’t think that is acceptable as a heatwave had been forecast at least 3 weeks before our visit.

We loved Mill Road. Enjoyed Cambridge just despondent about accommodation

Location in Mill Road.

Fact that it hadn’t been cleaned when we arrived. Difficulty in contacting owner about this. Uncared for appearance at front door and hall. Very basic bathroom and towels. Very few glasses. Not ‘fabulous’.
