These homes are approximately 200 feet apart offering ample privacy when rented separately but close enough when rented together for a convenient shared experience. An acre and a half of rural Arcata paradise, it is conveniently located ½ mile to beautiful Mad River perfect for fishing, sunbathing or a game of frisbee golf at Pump Station #4 and less than 5 miles to Cal Poly Humboldt, downtown Arcata, The Arcata Community Forest and so much more! Take a scenic drive North just 15 miles to Trinidad with pristine beaches, continue North another 5 miles and stop to visit Sumeg Village, along the next 15 miles are a series of stunning lagoons (Humboldt Lagoons State Park) and finally just 45 minutes after leaving West End Retreat explore Prairie Creek Redwoods State Park with endless hiking trails.
