Nestled in San Luis Obispo, this lovely campground/ rv resort for $135 per night is a great option for your next vacation. This SLO home may be tiny, but it’s big on charm. A perfect get away for a couple, young family, or a single person desirous of a change of pace and a little more peace. Located off of Higuera street makes getting everywhere easy, but privately nestled away in shady eucalyptus trees behind a little creek. Included in this tiny home, you’ll find space to relax, a cozy sleeping loft, a fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. All the simple amenities you need in a home without all the distractions. Our Tiny Home is located inside of the Coastal Creek Mobile Home Park. This is a newly acquired property and is still in phase one of remodel and updating. Walk down the tiny home patio and find two relaxing chairs located at the back of the home to enjoy the views of the trees and creek. The Mobile Home Park has a one way road with a marked entrance and exit side. The teal tiny home is hard to miss!! There is only ONE parking spot available for the tiny home inside the park, located in front of the home, space 7. I will be available to be contacted throughout your Air BnB stay with any questions or concerns you may have. You’ll find everything you need at a short drive from this home located off of Higuera street, as well as easy access onto the 101, making surrounding towns easy to get to for extra exploring. Only ONE parking space is provided inside the park, and is located in front of the Tiny Home. For the exterior: This community is quiet and you’ll find people sticking to themselves. While sitting on the back patio, you can feel the calm of the trees and creek. For the interior: You’ll find a clean space with everything you need. We require you to have the physical ability to be able to climb a ladder up to the cozy loft room and Into the tub. The door is a little sticky and you’ll need to ensure it’s closed tightly when coming and going. When doing a load of laundry you’ll feel the house shake a little while the spin cycle is on ;)

Tiny home living at its finest. Washer/dryer, induction stove, full sized fridge, shower. Everything worked great AND you get to climb a ladder to sleep in a cozy loft with views of the stars and eucalyptus trees.

My fiancé and I stayed at this property while we were in town for our engagement shoot. Because of the weather, we needed a backup location to take some pictures indoors. Luckily this property was super cute and perfect for some quick pictures. Tessa was super accommodating and allowed us to take pictures in her property, which we’re so thankful for and honestly can’t wait to see them. Thank you Tessa!! Aside from Tessa’s generosity and the aesthetics, the property was also in a great location. Super close to downtown SLO and also Madonna. It was exactly as described and her neighbors were nice and kept to themselves besides saying hello in passing. We would definitely stay again! Thank you, Tessa!

The tiny house was exactly as advertised. We were visiting family in town so did not need to use the kitchen but it appeared well stocked. We were there over Thanksgiving so it was cold but the space heater worked great.

This cute tiny home is located very in a convenient area. The home itself, although small, is very comfy, well made and efficient. The door unlocking mechanism was a little confusing and we do wish the tub were a little bigger, but overall it was a really comfortable stay and we loved experiencing the tiny home for our three day stay.

Intimate, cozy and you’ll feel right at home. Neighbors are quite, not my much noise coming from the streets, and it was roomy considering the space. We found the place clean, easy to access, and Tessa was very communicative. Would highly recommend if you’re stopping by SLO for a few days :)

We enjoyed our stay in this unique tiny home! Although the space is small, it delivers in every way! It was clean and comfortable and we will definitely stay here again if ever in the area. Tessa is also a great host who accommodated our early check in request. Highly recommend this quaint tiny home!
