This home is a fisherman`s dream come true. New dock right on Tavernier Creek. You will be in open ocean in minutes!! Sandy beach and tiki hut. Main house is a 2/2 and the guest cottage is a 1/1 with a separate entrance. Perfect for family and friends get together. Walking distance to shops and restaurants.
**There is an extra fee of $1000/month to use the boat lift.
***Pet fee of $350 is for 1 or 2 dogs weighing 50lbs or less combined. If you have more than 2 dogs or big dogs, there is an extra fee depending on quantity, size and breed.

We stayed for the month of August to fish and lobster. The home is in a great location and perfect for a fishing vacation. The dock and boat lift are so convenient. The newer deck around the home and beach make for a great stay. The house is clean and well equipped. The property manager is quick to respond to any questions. We would definitely stay again. Thank you for sharing your home!

Host very easy to work with and responds quickly. Great location! House was clean, super easy access to ocean and bay & large backyard made it fun to hang out back there.

Sitting on the deck with the breeze blowing, the water ever changing colors, the palm tree swaying and your favorite drink in your hand makes the home a little piece of heaven. There is a well-equipped kitchen with newer appliances in wonderful working order. The beds are delightful, and the living room is comfy. This is a nice place to relax and chill. This home has recently had some renovations so you will have a mixture of old and new. To enter the main living area, you will need to climb 9 steps. Be careful as the railing is only a wire which isn’t very secure. For us older folks it was scary. If you have trouble with steps you may want to think about this lack of real railing because you will be climbing these steps every day.
