The structural services.
The fact that they said they had gluten free bread for breakfast prior to booking the room. Which staff did not have good communication that during check in and verifying the availability of the gluten-free bread in the morning would be available was confirmed there they had none. But after calling corporate, they did resolve it for the next morning.

Location is good and the staff are great!
I must be honest. We really enjoy staying at H2S. However, the pillows (room 407) were extremely uncomfortable! The worst we have ever experienced at any hotel.
We had a difficult time falling asleep and woke up feeling unrested.
You need to invest in quality pillows that support a person’s head!
