Nice comfortable hotel in a great location, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, all within walking distance of the main sites. It's even got a spa in the basement. Nice restaurants nearby, too. A really nice start to our trip to Uzbekhistan. Good air conditioning, too, which was great in the very hot summer weather.

The location, the price, the room and the amenities were good. The staff were very good and let us check in early despite being slightly early.
The breakfast arrangements were insufficient at times for the number of guests. The fresh food variety and quality was great but cooked food was not appetising. They need to consider continental menu which can be done without much expense. The coffee machine was difficult to operate.
